Position Overview


We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strong analytical skills to design interfaces that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile platforms.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , Photoshop , Illustrator .
• Strong understanding of UX principles , UI patterns , and responsive design .
• Experience with user research , persona development , and usability testing .
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.
