JOB TITLE: Territory Sales Manager – Make over $200,000 + GREAT Benefits!! We provide a significant amount of sales training, and we are looking for a naturally curious person who is interested in constant learning and improvement. Please also visit the following link to complete a personality survey, Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers. Generate potential leads for future sales. Cold call on new leads. Set and exceed quotas. Formulate bids for builder flooring programs as well as one-off projects. Track and report sales in a CRM in organized manner. Communicate effectively with other members of team. Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs. Grow year-over-year (YOY) sales revenue and net margin. Ideal Qualifications Success in prospecting, negotiating, landing, and keeping customers. Experience selling in the construction market (especially residential construction) is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Strong team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to learn. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times. Possess strong problem‑solving skills. Possess strong time management skills. Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person.
