Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us.  The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! 

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Experience working with Pre K through 8 th gr
• Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
• Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
