Duties Inspects work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used. Directs community service workers in projects such as picking up litter, painting/cleaning graffiti and other group projects as directed by the Supervisor/Manager. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Interprets job orders to workers, and assigns duties. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Assists workers in solving work problems. Motivates workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Works the assigned schedule and complies with the City's timekeeping and attendance policy. Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous related experience or training preferred. Valid Texas Class C driver's license and good driving record. PREFFERED: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
