Labor & Birth: 1:2
High-Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)
Structured support for experienced nurses:

Shift: Full-Time/Part-time/PRN
FTE: Flexible options available
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (eligible roles)
Experience: 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience
Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program
License: Active RN license (state or compact)
Certifications:
BLS (AHA)
NRP
ACLS
Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate Training provided for Labor RNs
Preferred: RNC-OB, C-EFM (encouraged, not required)
Starting Day One (For those working at least 16 hours per week):
