Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established service standards and current certifications. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area. Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations. Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner. Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas in accordance with spa standards. Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist. 2+ years of industry experience preferred. Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
