Job Description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Springfield, MA area. This project is scheduled to run from June to mid-September and has the potential to lead to a full-time position.

To be considered for the position, candidates:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
  
• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience as outlined below.
  
• Must be able to work overtime hours (which may include nights and/or weekends)
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  
• Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.
  

Construction duties include:

• Concrete repair
  
• Caulking
  
• Traffic coating
  
• Concrete demolition
  
• Concrete placement and finishing
  
• Masonry
  
• Formwork / carpentry
  
• Rebar replacement
  
• Expansion joints
  

Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $30-$45 per hour (depending on level of relevant experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!
