Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our MassageLuXe facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage and train staff, including hiring, employee orientation, and ongoing development.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and control costs.
  • Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Supervise retail sales operations, including merchandising and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and recruit new team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
  • Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in employee orientation, training & development, and performance management.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control is essential.
  • Proven management experience with a focus on retail sales and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and staff alike.
  • Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing and sales management.
