What You'll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As the RGM, you are the heartbeat of your restaurant. You’ll take full ownership of operations, team development, and financial success—while bringing the KFC brand to life for every guest.

People & Culture

• Recruit, onboard, and build a world-class team —from Team Members to Shift Supervisors.
• Create tailored development plans and provide coaching that leads to real promotions and career growth.
• Recognize achievements and foster a culture of positivity, accountability, equity, inclusion, and belonging .
• Lead from the front—engaging with customers, resolving issues, and being visible during key service times.
• Address workplace challenges professionally and create an environment where people feel heard, safe, and inspired.

Operations & Execution

• Own all aspects of daily operations—from staffing, scheduling, and training to cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
• Ensure all brand standards and procedures are followed with excellence and consistency.
• Lead effective product rollouts and ensure staff is trained and prepared for every new initiative.

Business Leadership

• Analyze financial performance and develop smart, actionable plans to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability .
• Manage budgets, labor efficiency, inventory, and compliance with precision.
• Monitor the local competitive landscape and position your restaurant to outperform competitors in service, digital engagement, and guest loyalty.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, including people and performance leadership.
• Demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development .
• Proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance and improve outcomes.
• Comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms to improve operations and guest engagement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs , health codes, and safety standards.
• High adaptability—experienced in change management and leading teams through transitions.
• Passionate about upholding KFC’s culture and values—with a focus on respect, growth, and diversity, equity, and inclusion .
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
