Position Overview: We are seeking a Plumber/HVAC Technician who has at least three years of hands-on experience in the field. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, expand your skills, and grow within a dynamic team.

Duties

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Help assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
• Collaborate with senior plumbers on field service tasks and projects.
• Support HVAC installations as needed.
• Learn basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating materials.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols on job sites.

Skills

• Basic understanding of plumbing concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of electrical is a plus.
• Technician will sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing work.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Knowledge of carpentry is a plus but not required.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail when following instructions and schematics.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Typically you will be scheduled 20-40 hours per week
