Job Description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in an outpatient orthopedics setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of roughly 14 patients per day, with evaluations typically 1:1 (60 minutes) and follow-ups often 2:1.
• Willingness to work flexible weekday day shifts (typical hours ~8:00/8:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM; earliest start 7:00 AM; latest end 6:30 PM) and share coverage with other therapists.
• Open to candidates with and without experience. Strong emphasis on interpersonal skills: likeable, engaging, and able to build patient trust.
• Candidates with skills in spine care, scoliosis, massage, Pilates, or pelvic floor are preferred.

Position Details:

• Shift: Days. M–F day schedule. No weekends. Flexibility on hours.
• Caseload: Approximately 14 patients per day, up to 16.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics. Common conditions include low back, knee, shoulder, and some post-operative cases. Minimal neuro cases.
• Support: PTA always available. Ramp-up period provided for new hires.
• Growth: Opportunity to expand involvement in cash-based services.
