The Organizational Development liaison will exercise superior organization, planning, and interpersonal skills to support network-wide initiatives directed at the development of our staff and leaders. In this entry level position, the Liaison will provide foundational support to the Organizational Development team through the coordination of learning sessions, materials management, and network-wide programs. The ideal candidate will have a desire to grow into a highly competent and skilled Organizational Development professional. Sitting for up to 8 hours per day; frequent use of fingers for typing, data entry, etc. Frequent use of hands, upper extremities to lift, move materials up to 25 lbs., occasionally, bends, stoops, swivels, reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal, seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and visual monotony.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
