Professional Case Management is seeking a Nurse Administrator to lead and coordinate in-home healthcare services for clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers and their families. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership to nursing and caregiving teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will oversee care planning, review and approve clinical documentation, and ensure that all services comply with regulatory standards, payer requirements, and internal policies. Working closely with case managers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, you will help design and implement individualized care plans that promote safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. The Nurse Administrator will manage staffing needs, including scheduling, workload allocation, and performance oversight for field nurses and support staff. You will mentor and develop team members through coaching, education, and competency-based training, fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.
