Position Overview The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. Working closely with senior project managers and cross‑functional teams, this role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) Support resource allocation and scheduling across project workstreams Stakeholder Communication Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status update reports Facilitate regular project meetings and follow up on action items Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Escalate risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager in a timely manner Risk & Issue Management Assist in identifying, logging, and monitoring project risks and issues Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation plans Maintain the project risk register and issue log Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, SOWs, and change logs Produce weekly status reports and project dashboards for leadership review Ensure all project artifacts are version‑controlled and stored in the appropriate repositories Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a project management, project coordination role, or related experience Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing) Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project Exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies Experience working in a cross‑functional team environment M C Bank is an Equal Opportunity / Affir... employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
