As the Human Resources Consultant, supporting 4 HRBPs within our Commercial Banking division, some of your key responsibilities will include:
*This is a hybrid role, in the downtown Chicago office 3X/week.
In addition, this role performs a variety of administrative, financial and project management duties within the Commercial HR team. Role is responsible for ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking to determine, develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.
