A leading global organization is seeking a Supply Chain Flow & Logistics Transformation Specialist to join its Logistics Transformation team. This role focuses on designing and delivering transportation and supply chain flow projects with a strong emphasis on improving North American and international logistics performance. The position plays a key role in optimizing transit times, improving end‑to‑end flows, and driving measurable business impact across cost, service, inventory, and sustainability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute supply chain flow optimization projects with measurable impact on lead time, inventory, transportation cost, and CO₂ reduction
• Design and improve domestic (North American) and international transportation flows, including international lanes
• Support and contribute to transportation‑related projects at both regional and global levels
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Identify constraints, escalate issues, and support change management associated with new or revised logistics flows
• Prepare and communicate project progress, outcomes, and benefits to stakeholders and leadership
• Develop status updates, reports, and KPI tracking to support logistics reviews and governance forums
• Participate in or lead flow design workshops and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or flow/project‑based roles
• Strong engineering or process design mindset with experience creating and optimizing logistics workflows
• Proven ability to optimize transit times and improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance
• International commerce and cross‑border logistics experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to leaders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting and analysis
• Project management knowledge and experience supporting multiple initiatives
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred due to collaboration with international teams
• Experience working with international lanes, customs, or global transportation networks
• Continuous improvement or transformation project experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
