Now we're looking for a new Coach/Trainer to join our Irvine and/or Huntington Beach team.

We work with a very specific population (but not limited to)-people who are coming out of physical therapy, or are dealing with recurring injuries, pain, or movement limitations. Most coaches avoid this space. We've mastered it.


We're known for our ability to coach performance through pain, dysfunction, or physical limitation. People come to us because their injuries have held them back in other gyms. At IMOC, we train around the pain, through the problem, and toward real, pain-free progress. And we don't guess. We work closely with Physical Therapists and use a specific approach that's been refined over two decades of results.


This Role Includes:

• Coaching Private and Semi-Private

• Working with general population clients post-physical therapy

• Leading from the floor: assessments, onboarding, progression

• Helping clients feel seen, safe, and challenged in their training

• Learning our proven approach to durability & pain-free performance
