The Role:
As a Borough Associate , you will own your assigned NYC borough, building deep local expertise and driving business development from the ground up. Working alongside a Borough Director, you’ll co-lead client meetings, secure exclusive listings, and manage deals from prospecting to closing. This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious professionals to grow their career, establish themselves as market experts, and generate significant income.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to market expert for your borough: understand zoning, comps, pipeline, and ownership.
  • Source and secure exclusive listings through proactive outreach: calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Co-lead client meetings, pitch presentations, and strategy sessions.
  • Manage the full deal cycle—underwriting, marketing, negotiation, and closing—using our proprietary technology platform.
  • Build long-term relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with Landair brokers across boroughs to maximize deal flow and market intelligence.
