Now Hiring: Warehouse Associates – Denver, CO

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Position Overview

Join a fast-growing, dependable distribution center that supports the delivery of critical medical products. As a Warehouse Associate , you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring orders are picked accurately and delivered on time. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team-oriented environment, and contributing to meaningful work that makes a real impact.

In this role, you’ll hand-pick small orders using pick sheets and hand carts, record selections with an RF scanner, and maintain a consistent pace—targeting approximately 50 orders per hour after training.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately hand-pick small orders within the warehouse
• Use hand carts and pick sheets to efficiently select items
• Record completed picks using an RF scan gun
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or production experience
• Ability to stand and remain active for an entire 8-hour shift
• Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the operation
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience with order picking, packing, or packaging
• Familiarity with RF scanners

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
