Registered Nurse (RN)

• Role: Provide safe, patient- and family-centered care while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities: Patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and discharge education.
• Collaboration: Work closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Leadership: Supervise and delegate to licensed/unlicensed staff, mentor new team members, and support teamwork.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow evidence-based practice, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
