Working from home in a full-time capacity, the Travel Agent will support Member and non-Member sales and service for domestic and international travel products, utilizing relationship-selling techniques to maximize Membership benefits and resolve travel-related issues. Key responsibilities Serve Members and non-Members through various communication channels by selling and servicing travel-related products Book and provide counsel on domestic and international travel needs, including fully independent travel (FIT) Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while managing travel documents and processing inquiries professionally Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited travel school is preferred Two years of leisure travel industry experience with knowledge of automated airline reservation systems Proficiency in utilizing online travel resources and booking engines Ability to attend and successfully complete mandatory training Familiarity with worldwide geography and travel industry standards
