Partner with sales staff to support client needs and maintain productive workflow using company systems. Responsibilities Accurately mark garments to ensure proper alterations. Perform alterations according to client specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with Sales Associates during fittings to provide excellent service. Complete special alteration requests for customers. Maintain productivity following the PRL system. Understand and execute various types of alterations and fittings. Ensure markings are clear and concise for other tailors. Requirements Minimum 3 years of alterations and fitting experience, preferably in high end retail. Ability to work well under pressure.
