Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to the individual needs of each guest - Assess guests' health conditions and specific requirements to deliver safe and effective massages - Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked - Promote the spa's products and services, including recommending retail products for at-home self-care - Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for every guest - Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and continuously enhance massage skills through professional development opportunities Requirements: - Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa setting - Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service The Bellmoor Inn and Spa offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
