Do you love creating content and want real experience this summer? We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to join our Charlotte, NC team this summer. This is a hands‑on, in‑person role designed to give you real‑world experience in social media marketing and content execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll assist with content creation, filming and editing, scheduling posts, and keeping content workflows organized behind the scenes. About the Role As our Social Media & Content Intern, you’ll support the execution of all social content across Blair Skincare and Skin By Blair Aesthetics. This role is focused on the day‑to‑day management of content, offering valuable exposure to how a growing skincare and wellness brand operates behind the scenes. End Date: August 7th, 2026 Paid internship with potential to grow into a full‑time role. Location: In‑person at Skin By Blair headquarters, 512 East Blvd, Charlotte Responsibilities Create and edit unique, innovative, and educational content for social channels, ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms to grow social engagement Expertly manage social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest Create and maintain a strategic monthly content calendar, including copy and scheduling of daily posts across channels Research and brainstorm new topics and creative ways to share across channels Organize and strategically repurpose current video and written content Conduct market research and identify trends Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating a comprehensive report at the conclusion of the internship Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (graduating between 2026–2028) Experience using CapCut, Instagram, Canva, TikTok, and Google Drive Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required The Right Fit Creative and motivated individual with the ability to multitask, work independently, and be open to learning Passionate about social media, branding, and the skincare and aesthetics industry A quick learner with problem‑solving and critical thinking skills – someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and resourcefulness Superior organizational skills, follow‑through skills, and attention to detail Able to accept feedback, take suggestions, and be eager to improve and grow Proactive and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Positive and upbeat personality #J-18808-Ljbffr
