Skilled Laborer – (Landscaping, Pavers, Concrete, Remodeling)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and highly versatile Skilled Laborer with experience across multiple trades, including landscaping, paver installation, concrete work, and indoor remodeling. This role requires someone who can confidently handle a wide range of physical tasks, adapt to different job sites, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship. You will support construction, renovation, and exterior improvement projects while ensuring safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. Knowing all the jobs is not necessary, but knowing one or more is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Also responsible for Plumbing, Bathroom Remodels, and Installation of Plumbing Fixtures.

• Paver & Hardscape Work:
• • Carry, move, and stage paver stones and hardscape materials.
  • Assist with layout, leveling, base preparation, compaction, and installation.
• Landscaping Support:
• • Perform planting, mulching, grading, sod installation, and general landscape maintenance.
  • Operate basic landscaping tools/equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and wheelbarrows.
• Concrete Work:
• • Assist with mixing, pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete.
  • Prepare forms, rebar, and work areas for slab, walkway, or foundation projects.
• Indoor Remodeling:
• • Support demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic carpentry tasks.
  • Help with indoor repairs, fixture installations, and general renovation labor.
• General Duties:
• • Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely.
  • Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures with precision.
  • Assist crew members and supervisors across various job sites based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping, concrete work, or residential remodeling (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs, especially when carrying paver stones and construction materials.
• Knowledge of basic construction tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with good communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Proper work boots and safety gear required.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend projects.
