Skid Steer Operator $2,100+ WEEKLY

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
• Dig, lift, push, and haul construction materials such as dirt, gravel, debris, and other site materials.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining production goals.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of verifiable skid steer operating experience required.
• Previous experience working on commercial or heavy construction projects.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts
• Saturday 8 hour shifts

Duration:

• Temp-Perm
