Were looking for an ideas-first creative who can turn one strong insight into scroll-stopping videos. If youre the person constantly saving viral clips, rewriting hooks in your Notes app, and can explain why something worked instead of just saying it popped keep reading.
You live on the pulse of internet culture and dont just know whats trending you know how to translate those trends into original ideas that fit our brand and make them our own. This role is about thinking, not editing- spotting cultural moments early, finding the emotional hook, and turning it into concepts that our audience cant help but watch and share.
