What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documentation, and notification per post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor CCTV, access control, and other site systems where assigned, and assist with access management for employees, visitors, and vendors. Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and client contacts, and support security-related operations during special events and/or service interruptions. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
