You will help her get into bed and listen to her bedtime story. Lights off at 7:45 and she’ll help you turn her rain sounds on. I’ll send you the Spotify link to her bedtime story, once it’s over she’ll just want you to rub her back to fall asleep. Once she’s out (you’ll probably know cause she’ll start snoring), then you can close her door and hang in the living room. You’re welcome to use the tv and WiFi and relax for the rest of the evening!
