We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Social Worker to support students within a dynamic school district in Beach Park, IL. In this role, you'll provide direct support to students facing psychological, emotional, or social challenges that may impact their ability to thrive in the school environment. Responsibilities
• Identify and assess students with emotional, mental health, or social service needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective support plans
• Coordinate care services, provide referrals, and maintain communication among stakeholders
• Serve as an advocate for students while fostering a safe and inclusive school environment
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical standards
• Licensed Social Worker with a valid School Social Work Certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years
