Tucker House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide strong clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for an RN who values independence, teamwork, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.
Position OverviewThe RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during weekends, supporting clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary clinical resource in the building during assigned shifts.
ScheduleWeekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
Day shift / Evening shift (as applicable)
Consistent, predictable schedule
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff
Ensure safe, timely, and appropriate resident care
Address clinical concerns, incidents, and emergencies as they arise
Serve as the weekend point of contact for nursing issues
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations
Support staffing needs and assist with problem-solving
Communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing and Administration
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
