Job Description
Milwaukee Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys working independently and supporting nursing staff while ensuring quality resident care.
Position Details
Position: RN Supervisor (Temporary)
Schedule: Every Weekend - Saturday & Sunday
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $43.00 – $44.00 per hour
Status: Temporary Position
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and nursing assistants.
Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and resident concerns.
Respond to clinical emergencies and make sound nursing decisions.
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
License must be active and in good standing .
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
