Mercy South Spine and Pain Center is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN), .6 FTE , to join our dedicated specialty team. This role supports patients receiving spine and pain management services and plays a critical part in delivering compassionate, coordinated, and high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting.

As an RN at the Spine and Pain Center, you will collaborate closely with providers and the multidisciplinary care team to support procedures, manage patient flow, provide education, and ensure a positive patient experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in our outpatient Spine and Pain Center
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
  • Assist providers with pain management and spine-related procedures as needed
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions
  • Accurately document nursing care, assessments, and patient interactions in the electronic medical record
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with Mercy policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support clinic flow, scheduling needs, and quality improvement initiatives
