Tesoro Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at the Orchards of Minnetonka Senior Living , a 147-unit facility offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and health needs of residents in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document resident health assessments using progress notes.
• Develop and update resident care plans as needed.
• Coordinate resident health services with internal and external providers, including obtaining necessary orders.
• Oversee timely and accurate administration of medications and treatments.
• Support the Director of Health Services by serving as the on-call RN during scheduled times.
• Monitor and manage the performance of licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment in compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications


Required:

• Current Minnesota Registered Nursing (RN) License or ability to obtain before the start date.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Preferred:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
• Prior experience in a patient support role, LPN, or RN in an assisted living setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and providers.
• Sensitivity to and experience working with the geriatric population.
