Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the health-care organization.
Care Planning: Implement and track customized patient care plans.
Patient Monitoring: Record and communicate real-time condition changes.
Care Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient outcomes.
Order Execution: Precisely execute physician and nursing directives.
Discharge Strategy: Coordinate seamless transitions and discharge planning.
