Listing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for an agent who wants to learn to grow as a Listing Agent within the luxury space while building toward rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who values coaching, structure, and a clear path to developing a consistent listing business and long-term brand presence.

You will learn to attract sellers, conduct strong listing consultations, and position homes effectively in competitive price points while working alongside experienced agents. Through hands-on coaching and real-time guidance, you will refine pricing strategies, improve communication, and apply marketing approaches that strengthen both your listings and your personal brand.

This opportunity centers on learning through action with consistent coaching support. You will learn to build repeatable habits, stay organized, and develop the confidence needed to guide sellers through important decisions. The environment is collaborative and accountability-driven, offering the tools, mentorship, and structure needed to continue growing within the luxury real estate space.

Responsibilities

• Lead follow-up
• Database campaigns
• Set listing appointments
• Execute appointments
• Close listings
• Leverage listings
• Sales scripts mastery
• Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price

Qualifications

• Real estate license required
• Commission opportunity
• Sales experience
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Team player who believes their success is the team's success
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
