Pay: $16–$17 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Occasional Weekends
Now Hiring: Exterior Cleaning Technicians
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a growing exterior cleaning team servicing residential homes and commercial buildings throughout Northeast Ohio.
This role includes pressure washing, window cleaning, and exterior property maintenance . If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering quality work, this is a great opportunity.
Experience is helpful but we will train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic.
Pay & Benefits
• $16–$17 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time hours available (40+ hours per week)
• Paid training provided
• Weekly pay with commission opportunities
• Opportunity for raises based on reliability and performance
Job Responsibilities
• Pressure wash siding, patios, decks, and driveways
• Clean residential and light commercial windows
• Operate professional pressure washing equipment
• Work safely on ladders and elevated surfaces
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance when interacting with customers
• Travel to job sites throughout the Akron and surrounding areas
Requirements
✔ Valid Driver’s License required
✔ Must have reliable transportation
✔ Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
✔ Able to lift 40–50 lbs
✔ Good communication and customer service skills

• Pressure washing experience
• Window cleaning experience
• Construction / landscaping / exterior maintenance background
