️ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll rotate through several areas to gain strong foundational skills, including:

• Learning basic fabrication
• Measuring and cutting metal to length
• Operating brake presses & spot welders
• Buffing, prepping, and finishing materials
• Exposure to MIG/TIG welding & custom metalwork
• Helping assembly, packaging, paint, and other departments as needed

Every day brings hands‑on learning and opportunities to build valuable experience.

Pay & Shifts

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• $20–$25/hr , depending on experience
  • Entry-Level accepted — we’ll train you!
  • Experienced candidates start higher!

Plus: Tuition reimbursement for continued trade education or welding certifications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $22.09/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
