We are currently recruiting a Physician | Hematology Oncology for a prominent medical center in Findlay, OH .


Job Description

• Four clinic days + one remote administrative day
• 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Established referral base with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
• Join 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs
• 1:4 inpatient call with additional call compensation
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Full specialty support across 54 specialties, including General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
• Access to Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
• Independent, physician-led health system with local decision-making and practice autonomy
• Not accepting locums or locums-to-perm candidates
• No open to visa candidates

• ACS Comprehensive Community Cancer Program
• Newly expanded cancer center
• Dedicated medical and radiation oncology
• Additional infusion suites and exam rooms
• New linear accelerator and CT simulator
• Board-certified oncology pharmacist onsite
• Clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation
• Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy onsite
• Nutrition Services, Social Work, and Tumor Registry
• Gynecologic Oncology onsite

Compensation and Benefits

• $550,000 guaranteed base salary
• $55,000 signing bonus + $100,000 student support
• wRVU (No cap)
• Six weeks PTO
• $10,000 annual CME allowance
• $10,000 relocation assistance

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology [REQUIRED]
• OH license (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]
