Compensation and Bonuses
You can earn up to $50 per hour!
Salary transparency: $19 per half-hour class (half-hour and one-hour classes available); $17 per hour (non-class work); with significant bonuses that can raise hourly rates up to $50!

The Position
As a Personal Trainer (PT), you will provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programs to each client. Our dedication to ensuring our personal trainers succeed is part of our commitment to maximizing the health and wellness goals of our clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a client base through introductory sessions and paid sessions.
Prepare and deliver fitness conditioning programs based on client goals.
Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results by setting goals and frequent follow-ups.
Continue acquiring additional training knowledge through the continuing education programs offered by NASM Club Connect.
Contribute to the client experience with enthusiasm and respect.
Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients, contributing to and enhancing their overall experience.
Stay updated on all services, programs, and products offered by the company as part of our commitment to clients.
Actively participate in required meetings.
Requirements
The person:
Current national certification in Personal Training or a related degree.
Required certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).
Desire to transform lives by educating clients on health and wellness topics.
Knowledge of physical fitness principles and proper exercise technique.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to learn and possess sales skills.
Ability to self-promote and network.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Adjust and operate fitness equipment.
Full-time availability (preferred).
