About the Role:
Join Paradise Of Joy Homecare LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Cairo, GA, where you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care that enhances the well-being of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; PCA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check and drug screening required.
