Join Traditions Home Health Services as a Full-Time Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Norwood, MA 02062, and experience the rewarding opportunity of providing compassionate home care. Traditions Home Health Services is currently hiring 2 licensed CNAs for one of our live-in opportunities. The live-in shifts would be 2-12-hour shifts: 7a-7p (day shift) and 7p-7a (overnight shift). There would be 2 live in aides, each having their own bedroom. Traditions Home Health Services live-in program is permanent 7-day live in where the aides reside at the clients' home. You would be eligible to submit a time off request after completing 4 months. Your time off can be up to 2 weeks off.

As a Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Traditions Home Health Services, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing compassionate and personalized home care to clients. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring each client feels comfortable and dignified. Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse is crucial for maintaining safety and health. As a Live-In licensed CNA, you will be fostering an atmosphere that will be assisting your client with the feeling of purpose and dignity.

You will engage in meaningful conversations, fostering emotional connections with clients to enhance their overall well-being. Maintaining a clean and safe living environment is also part of your responsibilities, preparing nutritious home-cooked meals that follow the care-plan and client requests, as is ensuring medication management when required. Also, as a live-in licensed nursing assistant you will be organizing and providing transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands in your own reliable vehicle. Building trust with clients and their families is essential, as is demonstrating empathy and integrity in every interaction.
