Legally Hired Professionals, Inc. (LHP) is seeking an experienced contract to hire Executive Search Partner (Legal Recruiter) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a staffing professional with at least three years of experience, including at least one year in legal staffing or the legal field. Responsibilities: Recruit and source legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff. Develop and maintain client relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, nonprofits, and government agencies to understand their hiring needs. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to placement and offer negotiation. Expand the firm’s client base by identifying and engaging with potential business partners. Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal industry developments. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to assess candidate suitability. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails. Qualifications: Minimum of three years of staffing experience, with at least one year in legal staffing or the legal field (law firm, corporate legal department, or legal recruiting). Strong knowledge of legal roles, hiring practices, and market trends. Proven ability to source, engage, and place high-quality candidates. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools. Ability to work in a commission-based structure and meet performance targets. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
