Job Summary and Qualifications 

The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Charge RN, Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor, and/or the Director of the Center for Women’s Health/NICU.

Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Frankfort Regional Medical Center and professional organizations, and in support of the mission of Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Care is provided in a family-centered environment.  

What qualifications you will need: 

• Must hold a current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing.  

• 1 Year of RN experience required

• BLS required upon hire.  

• ACLS and NRP required within 6 months post-hire.  

• STABLE certification preferred.  

• Department certification(s)/ education as required for position.  

• Other certification as suggested per Professional Association preferred within 2 years or as determined for specialty position.
