Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly, Non-Exempt) Compensation: $20–$25 per hour + overtime (Typical annual earnings: $57,000–$72,000 including overtime) About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across customer operations, customer success, finance & billing, and internal business operations. This is a floating, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants exposure to how a high-growth company actually runs behind the scenes. You will work directly with senior leaders and department heads to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You will use modern project management platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure execution excellence. What You’ll Do Coordinate and track cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, finance, and internal initiatives Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables Monitor task completion and proactively follow up with stakeholders Support client-facing project coordination and onboarding processes Assist with billing, invoicing, documentation, and operational reporting Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements Use project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) to manage task flow Leverage AI tools to automate tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication Prepare executive summaries and internal performance updates Jump in where needed — this role floats across departments Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, customer success, finance, or similar operational role Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Technically proficient and comfortable using modern SaaS tools Curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments Have startup experience Have worked in professional services, consulting, or compliance-driven industries Have experience using AI tools to increase productivity Work Environment & Expectations Hourly, non-exempt role $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience Overtime expected during high-volume periods (up to ~50 hours per week) Typical total annual compensation ranges from $57,000–$72,000, including overtime This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to accelerate learning, gain exposure to multiple business functions, and grow into senior operations, strategy, or leadership roles.
