Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the information management industry, is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist 1 to join their team. As an Imaging Production Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the document processing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Imaging Production Specialist 1

Location: Boyers, PA

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift: Other (06:30:AM - 03:00:PM)

What's the Job?

• Operate and troubleshoot scanners to ensure accurate document processing
• Verify the accuracy of scanned documents to maintain quality standards
• Document files and release scanned materials to clients efficiently
• Support quality control processes to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to rotate among different operational components

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to operate computer systems and scanning equipment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work seated for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
