As a vital part of the manufacturing process, you will support various operational activities, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high safety standards. Job Title: General Production Worker Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $20.71 per hour Shifts: 1 st 6:45am-2:45pm 2 nd 2:45pm-10:45pm 3 rd 10:45pm-6:45am. Must be open to working any shift. What's the Job? Perform manual labor tasks as directed to support production activities Lift, stack, band, load, and unload materials efficiently and safely Use hand tools and equipment such as load and unload material, supplies, and equipment from carriers and storage areas Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the plant Inspect and wash coater rolls, and record spoilage for production control What's Needed? Ability to read and write, with basic math skills including addition and subtraction Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Steel-toed shoes are required; safety glasses, ear plugs, and arm sleeves will be supplied by the company Open to working in all areas of the plant, including freight cars and trucks What's in it for me?
