General Production Worker Job Overview This is an entry-level role where you will support daily production and warehouse activities. You'll be trained on machines, forklifts, and basic manufacturing processes while working in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do - Pick and collect raw materials from the warehouse
- Move and stage materials for production
- Support machine operators with setup and tasks
- Perform general labor and production duties
- Learn to operate machines after training
- Follow all safety rules and company guidelines
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work with the team to meet daily targets
Required Skills - Interest in warehouse or production work
- Ability to lift and move materials
- Basic picking/packing knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
Nice to Have - Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Exposure to machine operation
Work Environment - Warehouse and production floor setting
- Physical and hands-on role
- Fast-paced work environment
- Strong focus on safety
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
