General Production

What You’ll Do
Assemble small parts by following clear, computer‑based instructions
Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
Package finished parts so they’re ready for the next step
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures
Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is helpful
Comfortable using hand tools and following detailed instructions
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
