Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. You will perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. Your role requires following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures, while maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in cross-training to learn multiple production processes and equipment.

Essential Skills - Proficiency in inspection, production, and quality inspection.
- Experience in general production and cleanroom operations.
- Skills in packing, machine operation, and using tools like micrometers, microscopes, hand tools, and tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Experience in electronics, aerospace, medical device, or similar industries is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Essex, CT.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
